While Rugen is very good at locating persons, also called skiptracing, our rules of ethics are firm.  Once we find the person, we either turn the information over to a designated attorney, or give our client's information (with approval) to the person we have found.  This helps in avoiding potential stalking situations and welfare endangerment.  Again, in those cases where it is not appropriate to have the person located contact our client, the information may be turned over to a licensed attorney who will be responsible for it.

Most people locates can run between $250 and $500 on average.  This may be more or less depending on a variety of factors:

• How much information do you have about the person to be located (previous addresses, relatives, social security number, date of birth, etc.)
• How common is the person's name
• How difficult is that person covering up their paper trail and are they trying to hide
